Joanne has a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from the University of Sydney.
Joanne says ongoing education is a priority:
Dentistry is continually changing. New treatments, updates, better ways of doing things. For me it’s so important to have the confidence that I’m giving patients the most up to date treatment options available. Even when a visit is routine, it’s nice for everyone to know that what we’re doing is best practice, this year, right now.
Joanne loves being a mum and has two teenage boys, to whom she is devoted.

Dr Lindsay Mahlo
Associate Dentist
Lindsay grew up in Orange and completed his Bachelor of Dental Science degree at Charles Sturt University, Orange. He travelled around NSW treating patients on placement and is very excited to be working in his home town.
For me, dentistry is as much about forming a trusting relationship with my patients as it is about science. The most rewarding part of the job is to meet a new patient who may be a little nervous and seeing that by the end of the appointment, their outlook has totally changed. This is so important, especially for kids. My goal is to provide a broad range of high quality dental care in a safe and ethical manner.
In his spare time, Lindsay is a keen squash player, snow skier and loves to race go-karts. He is also planning to get his pilot’s licence.

Dr Matthew McGreal
Associate Dentist
Recipient of the NSW Regional Dentistry Scholarship, Matthew graduated from CSU with a Bachelor of Dental Science. He received an Executive Dean’s Award for academic excellence along with the Dr Kinross prize for proficiency in dental ethics and professional responsibility.
Matthew is a kind, caring and considerate dentist who understands the importance of dentistry on a person’s general health, wellbeing, and self-confidence. He also understands a visit to the dentist is not always the highlight of someone’s day. Whether it’s a planned appointment or an emergency, Matthew strives to provide a professional, pain free and comfortable experience.
Outside of Dentistry, Matthew enjoys spending time with his family horse riding, motorbike riding, waterskiing and generally being outdoors.
Matthew is a member of the Australian Dental Association.

Dr Clifford Nguyen
Dentist
Cliff has recently moved to Orange from country Victoria and studied at La Trobe University in Bendigo. He enjoys restorative dentistry and minor oral surgery. Be sure to say hi if you catch him in the surgery with his nose in a book or vibing away with a long black. He appreciates chatting to friendly faces and hearing their stories.
Outside of work he enjoys running with the local club, cycling and the occasional game of chess.

Leanne Childs
Dental Hygienist
Leanne grew up on the Central Coast, where she worked as a dental assistant for many years but always knew she wanted to do more to help patients achieve healthy, happy smiles. She moved to Adelaide to complete her Advanced Diploma of Oral Health and began her career as Dental Hygienist. She strives to empower her patients with the knowledge to gain the best outcome for their individual oral health.
Leanne moved to Orange in 2019 and has finally found a place to call home.

Hakan Zorba
Dental Hygienist and Oral Health Therapist
Hakan has had many years’ experience in the dental field. He joins Leanne to ensure all the patients at Sale Street Dental can have healthy gums and sparkling clean teeth.

Teresa Mahlo
Oral Health Therapist
Teresa graduated from Charles Sturt University where she received an exclusive Dean’s Award for Academic Excellence.
Teresa is passionate about working with young adults and children, in order to improve their oral health and help to make their experience at the dentist a good one!
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her two labradors and gardening.

Hakan Zorba
Oral Health Therapist and Dental Hygienist
Hakan has had many years’ experience in the dental field. In his role as an Oral Health Therapist, Hakan has an amazing rapport with little ones and seems to place any required fillings with very little drama.
Hakan also works as a hygienist here at Sale Street Dental.

T’meeka
Practice Manager and Receptionist
Tmeeka is loved by work colleagues for her bright happy personality. She works as our practice manager and joins Amy and Rhonda to ensure the reception runs smoothly. Tmeeka is always professional and efficient in her roles while bringing smiles to the faces of those around her.
Outside of work Tmeeka enjoys spending time with her husband and two beautiful girls.

Amy
Receptionist
Amy is the newest member of our team and joins Rhonda and T’meeka on the front desk. Amy has had 15 years’ customer service experience and is very quickly learning the ropes at Sale Street Dental.
In her leisure time, Amy is an award winning jam maker.

Rhonda Fardell
Receptionist and Sterilisation Manager.
Rhonda has semi retired after running the front desk at Hill/Sale Street Dental for twenty years. She knows everything there is to know about the day to day running of the practice.
Rhonda is now in charge of sterilisation at Sale Street Dental ensuring the ADA guidelines for Infection Control and the associated Australian standards are implemented in the day to day running of our busy six surgery practice. If you have any queries about our Infection Control feel free to pop into Sale Street Dental’s custom built sterilisation room and chat with Rhonda.
If you spot Rhonda on the golf course, she’s making the most of her time off.
Rhonda is married with two grown-up children and two gorgeous grandchildren — Lily and Pipa.

Carmen
Dental Assistant
Carmen is an excellent dental assistant who is very hard working and professional. She ensures our surgeries run and efficiently, mainly working with Dr Joanne Lee.
In her leisure time Carmen enjoys gardening, hiking and being with her gorgeous dog “Honey”.

Dental Assistant
Tara is always smiling and happy. She works with Dr Matthew McGreal to make visits to his surgery comfortable, warm and efficient.
Outside of work Tara has two gorgeous children, is always on for a chat and she is also an amazing cake decorator.

Dental Assistant
Sarah joined Sale Street Dental earlier this year. Since joining the team Sarah has already qualified for for Cert III certificate in Dental Assisting.
Sarah assists Lindsay and Leanne to create an efficient, professional and happy environment.

Dental Assistant
Estelle moved from Sydney to Orange to complete her Bachelor of Dental Science at Charles Sturt University this year. She adores working at Sale Street Dental and is passionate about making patients feel happy and comfortable.
Outside of work, Estelle loves playing piano, cuddling her fur baby and traveling the world with her fiancé.

Karthika Rajmohan
Dental Assistant
Karthika is an overseas trained dentist who migrated to Australia and had worked as a Dental Assistant in Brisbane before moving to the beautiful Orange. She is a cheerful person with a positive attitude and always willing to help others. She mostly works with Leanne and Dr Matthew McGreal.
Outside of work, she loves to spend time with her two kids and husband, cooking, reading and watching movies.

We are delighted to welcome Ashley to the Sale Street Dental Team. You’ll find Ashley’s happy, smiling face in the surgery with Dr McGreal or with our Oral Health Therapist, Teresa. Ashley has a interest in Cosmetic and Restorative dentistry and aims to make your visit with our practitioners a pleasant experience.
Outside of work Ashley, enjoys being outdoors exploring the beautiful walking trails in and around Orange.
